The Wyre Solutions team comprises dedicated, experienced and determined individuals who work together to help shape your business’s efforts and success. Our team are always looking to develop their knowledge, and we as a company support them thoroughly to provide our clients with the highest quality expertise.



Paul Maybury

Managing Director Paul founded the business in 2011. Paul has over 23 years of consulting experience involving implementation projects to upgrade projects, all around the world and his areas of expertise are both Functional and Technical alongside being an IFS Solution Architect. As managing director, Paul oversees the financials for the business, is involved in sales, day to day activities and running the tea rounds!

Lee Reece

As Head of Sales for Wyre Solutions, Lee joins the team with over 20 years of sales and management experience covering IT services and solutions, cyber security and ERP sales. Lee has expertise in sales management, mentoring and coaching, business development and account retention and sales and marketing strategy and is using his skills, he looks forward to assisting with customer’s in growing their business with Wyre Solutions.

Vinnet Kelly

Vinnet has over 20 years of Service and Client Management experience in Retail, Finance and Government sectors. Having an understanding of IFS as an end-user, she can relate with our clients to maximize the use of the product, as well as ensuring changes are conducted in adherence to ITIL processes. She ensures that ERP application services are designed, planned, implemented and improved in line with both the current and future business needs.

Philip Kimberlin

Phil joined the Wyre Solutions team in April 2022 as our sales manager and brings with him over four years of experience in finding ERP solutions for companies in various different sectors. He has a long history of building strong relationships and finding the right solutions for customers and he looks forward to working with our customers and clients to do the same, with stellar service at heart, working within our Sales and Marketing team.

Elizabeth Watts

Joining in 2021, Liz has over three years of marketing knowledge and experience, completing various Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualifications along the way. Responsible for the overall marketing strategy, she ensures Wyre truly shines amongst the IFS world and also to prospective customers, so they are able to find us easily and experience a smooth and pleasant experience during every step of their journey with us.

Technical Solutions Manager

Andrew Morgan

Our Technical Solutions Manager, Andy, manages the overall technical solution for our clients during the initial rollout and continues to engage through the entire customer lifecycle as a trusted technical advisor. Andy is involved in defining the technical solution in conjunction with the Solution Architect, driving advanced technology when necessary, and tasking delivery teams to produce technical deliverables for our clients and customers.

Ashley Angell

Our Solution Architect, Ash, is responsible for articulating product direction and the potential value it could bring to our clients by working closely with the delivery team, sharing industry and implementation knowledge and experiences. Ash leads workshops for discovery engagements with clients, understanding the business process and value drivers, quantifying, and translating this into customer-facing materials to support Sales and Pre-sales efforts.

DevOps Manager

Lee Ward

Our DevOps Manager, Lee facilitates the whole solution being built together by owning and promoting the use of modern CI\CD-pipelines and automating the delivery of various test environments. Lee takes the lead in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining new and existing tooling/automation solutions through IFS to enable clients to further drive the reliability and efficiency of its operating platforms within their business.

Randy Allen

Randy joins the team bringing over 25 years of industry experience across various sectors, including heavy steel construction, food and drink, manufacturing and service. Randy also worked directly at IFS for 10 years, managing ERP projects both nationally and internationally. His role as PM is to manage and coordinate resources to implement an ERP solution to meet today’s customers’ business requirements with future-proofing in mind.

Emma Riddock

Emma joined Wyre and with her brings over five years of experience to the team. As an IFS Functional Consultant, Emma specialises in Finance, Project, Supply Chain and Rental modules providing functional support and consultancy to customers in various applications of IFS. Alongside this, she also has expertise in Lobbies, Time & Attendance, Expenses, User Set Up, Permission Sets, Business Analytics and Power BI reporting tool.

Joanne Newbrooke

Joanne joins the Wyre Solutions team with over seven years of IFS experience. At the beginning of her career, she entered the industry as a user and over time, developed into a business systems managerial role, managing the system and providing training on multiple sites across the UK. Jo has experience within the facilities management industry and hospitality industry and one of her specialist areas of expertise is Field Service Management. 

IFS Junior FSM Consultant

Mathew Griffiths

Mat joined us in September 2022 as a Junior FSM Consultant and brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge in operations, management of field teams, logistics and analysis, ready to apply within his role at Wyre. Mat is already quickly developing his IFS knowledge by completing the IFS academy courses and is supporting and guiding our customers on their business system, ensuring they get the most out of IFS.

IFS Functional Consultant

James Groom

With over six years of IFS experience, James joined us in October 2022 as a Functional Consultant. He has experience in IFS implementations across apps 8, 9 and 10, extensive experience in process management in supply chain and warehousing alongside expertise in part creation, WaDaCo and lobbies. James will provide support as part of our global service desk, whilst also working with the team to provide solutions for our customers.

Dave Brookes

With over 15 years’ experience working with IFS, Dave has implemented IFS both as an end user and as a Business analyst, has knowledge in Manufacturing and Quality, Procurement, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, and Solution management, as well as developing custom functionality to match IFS and business processes. Dave is keen to help and support our clients get the best value for money from their investment in both Wyre and IFS.

Debbie Brown

Deborah Brown

Debbie joined Wyre Solutions in 2023 with over 7 years of IFS experience. In her previous role, she played a key part in implementing, developing, and maintaining the system. While already proficient in Finance, Service, Maintenance, Sales, Engineering, Projects, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules, Debbie is eager to deepen her knowledge further to provide enhanced support to our customers in their IFS journey.

Christopher Carr

Chris brings with him over 10 years’ of experience in ERP implementations and support, specialising in all things reporting. He has also worked with almost all functional areas that use IFS primarily with supply chain, manufacturing and MRO. Over the last 3 years, Chris has been implementing IFS for an Aerospace and Defence company which has been a demanding implementation with high regulatory and security requirements.

Boluwarin Adedoyin

Boluwarin, also know as Bee, joined the team in October 2022. He has a firm understanding in technology and software, completing a BSc in Computing, a HND in Software Development alongside completing IFS certifications. With over three years of IFS experience, he has experience in implementing technical solutions in both IFS Applications 10 and Aurena. His role as a Technical Consultant will provide great benefit to the team and customers.

Brandon Ellis-Cairns

Brandon brings nearly 10 years of IFS experience and has become a valued member of the Technical team. Throughout his IFS career, Brandon has collaborated closely with clients, devising and implementing solutions across diverse industries such as Aerospace & Defence, Food and Beverage, Manufacturing, and Construction. Brandon will be working with our customers to get requirements and deliver solutions that suit their needs effectively.

Service Transition Co-ordinator

Eleanor Billingham

With over 3.5 years of IFS experience, Ellie rejoins Wyre in the role of Service Transition Co-ordinator. Ellie has a vast array of experience within support and service management, alongside having an understanding of technical and functional IFS areas. Her role at Wyre will ensure a seamless transition of IFS services for all our clients alongside handling service management queries and provide support to the service desk team.

Support Analyst

Manjinder Mehat

Man joined the team in April 2022 and has a wealth of experience in supporting customers and teams of all varieties and sizes, no matter the issue. As a support analyst, he assists our support customers with their application queries and issues whilst also completing his IFS qualifications to broaden his knowledge of IFS applications. Alongside this, he looks to develop technical and functional knowledge to support colleagues and customers.
