Wilhelmsen Technical Solutions (WTS) is a global provider of cost efficient, fully engineered solutions, equipment and services. Products cover fire suppression and prevention, loose equipment and services. With locations in Asia, Americas and Europe their technical sales teams, localised engineering teams, highly trained commissioning and service engineers have in-depth experience with their products and services to assist your local needs.
WTS were undertaking a large-scale upgrade and implementation of IFS In order to support the continued growth of the company, WTS identified the need to replace their existing legacy systems for the part of the organization where each location were running a different systems and at the same time upgrade their IFS 2003 platform for the rest of the organisation. Thereby creating a more efficient business solution architecture. By leveraging IFS as their central platform, they will be able to further streamline their operations and move towards a standard business process. The implementation will help WTS to standardise and optimise work processes such as supply chain, finance, sales, and service.
WTS decided to use Crystal Reports for all their output documents and subject matter experts from Wyre has been utilised to build and maintain all documents throughout the rollout of the project. Custom events and triggers have been another task handled by Wyre resources. Wyre was also taking care of some data migrations in the late phase of the project.

Synergy Health
Synergy Health delivers a range of specialist outsourced services to healthcare providers and other clients concerned with health management. These services are aimed at supporting our customers to improve the quality and efficiency of their activities, whilst reducing risks to their patients and clients.
Synergy Health were undertaking a large-scale implementation of IFS in order to support the continued growth of the company, Synergy Health identified the need to replace their existing legacy systems for the part of the organization where each location were running on different systems. Thereby creating a more efficient business solution architecture. By leveraging IFS as their central platform, they will be able to further streamline their operations and move towards a standard business process.
Synergy Health used Wyre Solutions for developing and creating all the new output documentation from IFS. These were all created in Crystal Reports and the knowledge and expertise offered, helped build these reports in a structured way that could be replicated across all Synergy and help in future documentation.
Wyre Solutions also developed many financial & operational crystal reports and quick reports to help the business analysis performance. The understanding of how IFS worked and the creation of the reports contributed to on time delivery especially when the internal project team were unavailable, the reports could continue to be produced.
Synergy were also thankful for the handover and training provided to internal team to enable the reports to be developed and created from IFS without delay.
The excellent interface between Wyre Solutions, internal project team and the business was the driving factor to the success of the reports being created on time and to business requirements.

Integrated Water Services Ltd. (IWS)
Integrated Water Services Ltd. (IWS), part of South Staffordshire Plc, provides specialist services in all aspects of water hygiene, abstraction, distribution, analysis and treatment, distribution network repair and maintenance, rehabilitation, alteration and extension. IWS supplies a wide range of services to the public sector, utility companies, industrial, commercial and retail customers.
Integrated water services will use IFS to support its mobile workforce, streamline service operations and optimise efficiency. This will improve business agility and support continued business growth.
The project was split into two distinct phases:
Phase 1: Back Office / CRM Implementation
IWS decided to use Crystal Reports for all their output documents and reports. Wyre developed these using quick reports and Crystal Reports. The report writing was on the critical path and behind plan when Wyre were engaged. Wyre used their knowledge and expertise to create the reports as required which ultimately contributed to on time delivery of the phase.
Phase 2: WO Mobile
IWS implemented WO Mobile to 262 mobile operatives. Wyre provided the functional lead for this phase of the project. Wyre delivered the solution, training, support and handover. IWS were also thankful for the handover and training provided to internal team to enable the business The excellent interface between Wyre Solutions, internal project team and the business was the driving factor to the success of the phase being on time and to business requirements. IWS would highly recommend Wyre Solutions for all IFS Project requirements due to their professionalism and commitment throughout the project.
