This year’s theme is ‘One Kind Word’, in a world that can sometimes feel like it’s filled with negativity, one kind word can provide a moment of hope. It can be a turning point. It can change someone’s perspective. It can change their day. It can change the course of a conversation and break the cycle of bullying, one kind word today can have a chain reaction that powers positivity!
Help Wyre employees this week by sharing your kind words. It starts with one kind word, so let’s make a difference at work, home, and socially.
Some of our team has taken part in our Odd Socks Day event today and Andrew Twiggs has digged through his old gallery to find a more suitable use for socks in one of our pictures.
Having fun while you express and celebrate individually across a workplace is how we like to do things at Wyre. Equally, we know respect for all is key and how to treat others, no one hat fits all so we can adapt our methods to suit happily. The team talks openly and freely about their feelings and views on a number of things work and personal as this is how we would always want it to remain.
Let’s collectively raise awareness of bullying at workplaces this week through sharing your odd socks experiences or images, with no pressure to wear the latest fashion or to buy expensive
costumes. All you have to do to take part is wear odd socks, couldn’t be simpler!
