On Friday 8th October, the Wyre team came together to talk about Mental Health. #MentalHealth and #Wellbeing is an incredibly important topic within the Wyre Solutions ethos. We encourage and provide safe places for our team to talk about their concerns within the workplace or outside of the workplace via our 24-hour #employeeassistanceprogram, Mindful Employer.
During our talk on Friday, we participated in a “Fact or Myth” activity to understand striking facts and myths about mental health that we may not have known before. It also provided an opportunity for us to discuss our own thoughts about mental health which truly highlighted the familial nature of our team.
Today is #worldmentalhealthday and we would like to take the opportunity to highlight the importance of communicating with your colleagues, friends and family. As a result of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we all have experienced suffering in some shape or form and so, don’t let a loved one go through this on their own.
