Wyre Solutions join the Festival of Ideas!

From May 23rd to 25th, Wyre Solutions visited the IFS UK&I User Group in Wyboston Lakes which was a terrific experience overall.

We were proud to be sponsors for the event and had a fantastic time meeting with fellow partners, current clients of ours and also new clients visiting our stand, whilst also having the pleasure of presenting to an audience with our customer Midcounties Co-operative.

The moment the event was announced, our sales and marketing teams were pumped to be planning their first exhibition since the Covid-19 pandemic!

On the day Wyre Solutions arrived, it was a great atmosphere amongst the partners whilst we were all setting up our stands and materials.

On an official day one of the event, Tuesday 24th May, the centre started to fill with clients of all business backgrounds and it was a great time to speak with you all.

It was great to see a full house in the conference hall where we saw a host of professionals and leaders in the IFS world, present to us all about the now and the future of IFS.

Susan Hailey (Chair, IFS UK&I User Group) & Amanda Miller (Manager, IFS UK&I User Group) – Welcome, Introduction & User Group Update
Alan Laing (Managing Director, IFS) – IFS Business Update
Shaun Connor (Director of Product Engagement, IFS) & Steph Poore (Sales Manager, IFS) – The Upgrade Journey

We were also excited to showcase our company video to the IFS community, to introduce ourselves to those who are new to the IFS world and for our loyal customers to see some familiar faces!

In case you missed our video (or you can’t get enough of us and want to watch it again!), you can watch our video below!

The gala dinner was just around the corner as the day came to a close and so the Wyre team, in true style, took to the challenge set by Amanda and got our bucket hats on, our flamingo and palm tree shirts ironed and dazzling heart sunglasses at the ready!

After such spectacular day of networking, it was great to be with clients and partners so wind down and get to know each other on a different level.

Wide-eyed and not tired in the slightest, the Wyre Solutions team returned to the stand for another day of networking and aiding clients in their IFS jounerys.

Day 2 also brought about excitement amongst our team and community as our Digital Transformation Lead, Ashley Angell presented with Head of Business Improvement (ERP Systems & Payroll) from Midcounties Co-operative, Stephanie Delargy talked on stage about Midcounties Co-operative’s IFS journey from Apps8 to IFS Cloud!

Overall, the user group has been a fantastic opportunity to meet with fellow partners, customers, network with one another and discuss and learn about different client journeys and also be informed of the next steps in the IFS world.

A massive thank you to Amanda Miller and her team for making this a reality and also for hosting such a great event! It’s safe to say that we all enjoyed our time there!

We are pleased to announce that we are also attending the IFS Unleased event from October 10th to 14th as Silver sponsors. Time for us to start preparing for Miami and we can’t wait to see you there!

Wyre Solutions are back at it again and are excited to get out there to complete the 5K Colour Obstacle Rush to raise funds for the charity, Molly Olly’s Wishes! 💕🦋

Our amazing lineup will be running, jogging and possibly, dragging themselves around a 5K obstacle course filled with lots of colour, obstacles and music. ❤️ 🧡 💛 💚 💙 💜 🖤

As part of our company ethos and as a team, we all feel that it is important to support one another and give back wherever we can.

Molly Olly’s Wishes supports children with any terminal or life threatening illnesses. Money raised supports children and their families who need additional help above and beyond that provided by the NHS and its supporting bodies. We grant wishes for children and donate therapeutic toys and books to hospitals across the UK.

As a company and with the help of our network, we would like to raise £500 (or more) to help the children and their families of the Molly Olly’s Wishes charity, who are going through terminal illnesses and support them in receiving additional help.

We would love it if you could sponsor us and are grateful for any donations. To keep up to date with our progress, and photos of us in colourful tutus from the event, please follow us on our LinkedIn page and to donate, please visit our JustGiving page.
