Every year on October 10th, Wyre Solutions unites with others to raise awareness for mental health on World Mental Health Day.

For this year’s awareness theme, we share the fundamental truth – “Mental health is a universal human right”

In a world where diversity and inclusion matter more than ever, we must remember that everyone deserves the right to good mental health. It’s not a privilege; it’s a basic human need.

At Wyre, we are committed to fostering a safe space for mental health, creating safe spaces to talk and providing resources internally, alongside providing external resources through our partnerships with Mindful Employer and our Employee Assistance Programme Perkbox. We aim to build an environment for open dialogue and for every team member to feel valued and heard, breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.

So join us today to:

🧠 Break the Stigma: Challenge the stereotypes and misconceptions surrounding mental health. Together, we can create a more compassionate world.

🤗 Support One Another: Reach out to friends, family, and colleagues. A simple conversation can make all the difference.

🧘‍♂️ Prioritize Self-Care: Self-care isn’t selfish, it is essential. Make time for activities that nourish the mind and soul.

🤝 Advocate for Change: Share this post to promote and encourage organisations and others to prioritise mental health services, making them accessible to all.

Together, let’s ensure that mental health is no longer a privilege but a universal right 💚
